Goal 3.B of the Bloomfield R-XIV Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP), states that the district will conduct an annual survey of all stakeholders.
The provided link will be for all stakeholders, and you can choose your appropriate role from the survey (faculty member, student, support staff, parent, or community member). The survey is anonymous and the results are collected by the Southeast Regional Professional Development Center (SE-RPDC) and then presented to the district for comparison to previous data collected through surveys that helped design the district's CSIP plan. The CSIP is designed to offer a long range plan of goals for the district to achieve as outlined in the CSIP.
Once the survey results are compiled, the district will review the data with focus groups and the SE-RPDC in order to monitor the district's progress in achieving the goals outlined in the CSIP. This link has been provided to faculty and staff, as well as students in 7th - 12th grade.
As a district, we value information from all stakeholders so that we can continue to improve the areas that need improvement, as well as build on our strengths as a school.
This survey will open until February 21st.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and I hope everyone enjoys their extended weekend. Thank you.
