Food Service Bid Advertisement: The Bloomfield R-14 School District is accepting proposals for contracting out the Food Service Program with a Fixed Price contract for the 2023-2024 school year. A pre-proposal meeting will be April 5, 2023 at 9:30 am in the Central Office. Request for Proposals are due by May 3rd, 2023 at 12:00 pm. For questions and bid specifications, please contact the Central Office at 573-568-4564. The Bloomfield R-14 School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Bloomfield Schools is proud to host the Class 2 & Class 3 Sectional boys basketball games Monday, February 27th. 6:00 - Cooter vs Summersville 7:45 - Charleston vs New Madrid Co. Central Digital tickets will be available for purchase to the general public beginning at noon tomorrow. Digital tickets can be purchased through the MSHSAA website through the link below. Digital tickets are required for entry to the games. Doors open at 5:00 pm. https://www.mshsaa.org/CMSPages/Tickets.aspx

Bloomfield students will not be in session on Friday, February 17th for a teacher in-service. Students will also not be in session on Monday, February 20th for Presidents Day. Have a great long weekend!

Bloomfield Schools will not be in session tomorrow, Friday, February 3. Homecoming activities for tomorrow night have been canceled. The game tomorrow night is still to be determined. We are looking forward to some warmer temps this weekend to melt this ice!

Bloomfield Schools will dismiss at 11:45 am today, Monday, January 30th. All afterschool activites and games have been canceled for tonight.

Good morning Wildcat Nation! It looks like it is going to be a winter weather watch this first half of the week. At this time, we are in session today. We will be monitoring the timing of the freezing rain/winter mix that is predicted to come in this afternoon. There is a possibility we may have an early release this afternoon. We plan to make that decision by 10 am this morning. We wanted to give you notice of this so that you can make preliminary arrangements. As always, we keep the safety of our students and staff in the forefront while making these decisions.

Bloomfield Schools will dismiss students at 11 am on Wednesday for parent teacher conferences. Conferences will run from noon until 6 pm. We will be having a school carnival from 1:30 - 5:30 for anyone attending conferences. There will be food, games and prizes! School will also not be in session for students on Thursday and Friday, October 20-21 for Fall Break.
